Early Access / Beta Notice
AlmaSEO is currently in early access. You are among the first users to use the platform. Features may change, break, or be added rapidly based on your feedback.
By using AlmaSEO during this period, you acknowledge that:
- The platform is under active development and not yet feature-complete.
- We may introduce, change, or remove features as we learn what works best.
- Bugs and downtime may occur. We work to minimize both but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Your feedback directly shapes the product. We take it seriously.
- Data you enter (sites, content, settings) is treated as production data and will be preserved through updates.
Pricing
Workspace Plans
AlmaSEO offers three paid workspace plans:
- Solo — $39/month. For business owners managing their own sites.
- Pro — $89/month. For freelancers and small client practices.
- Agency — $199/month. For teams managing clients at scale.
You can explore the demo for free. A paid plan is required to manage real sites.
Founder Access (Legacy / Grandfathered)
$39/month
This is a legacy rate for early founding members. It is no longer the primary public offer.
Existing founder subscribers keep this rate for as long as they remain subscribed.
Private Tester
Invited testers receive free access for a fixed period (typically 30 days) for the purpose of
testing, providing feedback, and reporting bugs. No credit card required.
At the end of the testing period, testers can choose a paid plan or their access will expire.
Billing
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, starting on the date you subscribe.
- All prices are in USD.
- No setup fees, no contracts, no hidden charges.

All paid plans include access to the AlmaSEO platform:
- Unlimited sites — manage as many websites as you need
- Content generation — blog posts, SEO content, and topic planning
- Automated publishing — schedule and auto-publish to WordPress
- Google Search Console integration — keyword tracking, performance data
- Google Analytics integration — traffic and engagement metrics
- SEO audit tools — First Impression, SEO Recovery 911, NAP Shield, Content Gaps
- Activity logging & retainer tracking — time tracking and work reports
- Client hub & infrastructure management — hosting, DNS, SSL, domain tracking
- Priority support — direct access to the team via email
WordPress Plugin
The AlmaSEO Connector WordPress plugin is included free with all plans and required to connect your WordPress sites.
The optional SEO Playground plugin (advanced on-page SEO tools) is available as a separate free download for all subscribers.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. No cancellation fees.
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- When your access expires, you will no longer be able to use the platform, but your data is preserved for 90 days in case you return.
- To cancel, email [email protected] or manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal (coming soon).
- We do not make cancellation difficult. One email is enough.
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with AlmaSEO. Our refund policy is simple:
- First 14 days: If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your paid subscription, email us for a full refund. No questions asked.
- After 14 days: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the platform didn't work as expected or you experienced significant issues, reach out and we'll make it right.
- Partial months: We do not prorate partial months. You keep access until your billing period ends.

Privacy & Data
- We collect only what's needed to run the service: your email, name, site URLs, and usage data.
- We use Google OAuth to connect to Search Console and Analytics. We request only the scopes needed and never access data beyond what's required for the features you use.
- Your content, site data, and analytics data are never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
- Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text). API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest.
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card information.
- You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Terms of Use
- You must be 18 years or older to use AlmaSEO.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may not use AlmaSEO to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform or violate these terms.
- Generated content is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and publishing content on your own sites.
- AlmaSEO is provided "as is" during early access. We do our best to keep things running smoothly but cannot guarantee uptime or specific SEO outcomes.
- We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email.
